We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and at minimum for the legal periods established by Argentine regulations (for example, 10 years for tax documentation as required by AFIP). Once the period is fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Under Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@brontiqa.com including a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum period of 10 business days.

International transfers

Your personal data is stored on servers located in the Argentine Republic and with cloud service providers with data centers in countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection according to the National Directorate of Personal Data Protection. We do not transfer data to third countries without the corresponding legal guarantees.

Security measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, role-based access control, periodic security audits, and incident response plans in accordance with industry best practices.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. The last update date is indicated at the beginning of this document.
